开放大学远程教学质量监控策略与实践——基于关键教学行为

摘要 教学是人才培养过程中的关键环节,教学环节的质量监控通常被认为是提升教学质量的关键要素。开放大学的人才培养以远程教学为主,如何有效保证并提升远程教学质量尤为重要。以北京开放大学为例,可以从四个维度构建基于关键教学行为的远程教学质量监控策略:依据全面质量管理理论树立全程跟踪的教学质量监控理念,按照闭环管理流程搭建教学质量监控路径,运用信息技术提供数据支撑,建立“校-院-课”三级组织保障机制。 Teaching is the key link of personnel training programs;the quality monitoring of teaching process is usually regarded as the key factor to improve the quality of teaching.The personnel training of open universities is based on distance teaching,so it is particularly important how to effectively guarantee and improve the quality of distance teaching.Taking Beijing Open University as an example,the quality monitoring strategy of distance teaching based on key teaching behaviors can be constructed from four dimensions:setting up a concept of whole course tracking about teaching quality monitoring according to total quality management concept,constructing the path of teaching quality monitoring in the light of closed-loop management process,providing data support by using information technology,and establishing a mechanism of three-level organizational guarantee called“school-college-course”.
