摘要
当前,公安机关的执法工作直接关系到人民群众的人身财产安全和社会的安全稳定,对国家的长治久安有着至关重要的作用。公安机关人民警察执法资格等级考试的开展是实现公安队伍执法规范化、专业化的基础和重要组成部分。公安院校在校生参加执法资格等级考试,有助于公安队伍执法规范化建设的纵向延伸。然而,公安院校在组织在校生参加执法资格等级考试的过程中,出现了考生对考试情况不了解、参考态度不端正等问题。应从加强宣传教育、构建复习应考环境、建立考评、反馈、激励机制、改进教学方法等方面加以完善,做好在校生参加执法资格等级考试的各项工作,充分发挥公安院校对公安机关执法规范化建设的推动作用。
At present,the law enforcement practice of public security organs is directly related to the safety of people’s property,the security and stability of the society,and plays a vital role in the long-term stability of the country.So Law Enforcement Qualification Examination for People’s Police is the basis and an important part of the standardization and specialization of law enforcement by public security forces.The participation of students in public security colleges in these examinations is conducive to standardized construction of law enforcement by police forces.However,in the process of organizing students to participate in the examination,problems such as students not fully understanding the exam,and improper reference attitudes were found.Solutions may include strengthening publicity and education,providing a better environment for exam preparation,establishing evaluation,feedback and incentive mechanisms,and improving teaching methods.These methods can improve the management of exam organization and better play the role of police colleges in promoting the standardization of law enforcement.
