摘要
为改善矿用电机车牵引电机的速度控制性能,分析永磁同步电机控制系统中PI控制受外界和内部的干扰因素,结合连续光滑特性的Softsign函数及其收敛特性,设计一个可变边界层的非线性函数提高趋近律函数收敛速度,采用超螺旋算法设计出改进高阶滑模控制代替传统PI控制,提高系统抗干扰能力与鲁棒性。结果表明,改进高阶滑模控制的电机系统比PI控制的电机系统达到额定转速的时间减小了7.57%,转速超调量减小了8.3%,电磁转矩变化平稳,抖振现象明显减弱。该改进控制策略可有效提高系统的控制精度,以及改善系统的动态性能。
This paper seeks to improve the speed control performance of the traction motor of the mine electric locomotive.The study involves analyzing the external and internal interference factors of the PI control in the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system;using Softsign function with continuous smooth characteristics to improve the convergence characteristics of the reaching law function;designing a nonlinear function with variable boundary layer to improve the convergence speed of the reaching law function;using the super-twisting algorithm to design an improved high-order sliding mode control instead of the traditional PI control,and to improve the anti-interference ability and robustness of the system.The results show that the time to reach the rated speed of the motor system controlled by the improved high-order sliding mode control is 7.57%less than that of the PI control motor system;the speed overshoot is reduced by 8.3%,the electromagnetic torque changes smoothly;and the chattering phenomenon is obviously weakened.The improved control strategy can effectively improve the control accuracy and dynamic performance of the system.
