摘要
《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》(以下简称《等级标准》)是中国2021年发布的面向外国中文学习者的汉语语言能力量化标准,《ACTFL语文能力大纲》是美国发布的面向美国外语教育的语言能力标准,二者各有特点和优势。本文以二者在口语和听力两项技能上的描述差异为切入点,分析了二者对接的必要性,并基于问卷调查探讨了二者对接的可行性以及《等级标准》如何在教学中进行应用,以期促进美国中文教学、测试和评估的科学性。
Chinese Proficiency Grading Standards for International Chinese Language Education(hereinafter referred to as The Grading Standards),proposed by The Ministry of Education of China and finalized by the State Language Commission,was issued in 2021.The Standards is the first to comprehensively describe and assess Chinese language skills and competence among Chinese language learners.The ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines is the language proficiency standards that has a significant impact on foreign language education in the United States.Through an exploratory case study,this paper aims to align The Grading Standards and The ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines in two language skills:speaking and listening.Based on the alignment results,this study discusses the application of The Grading Standards in Chinese language teaching,testing and assessment in the United States.
