边底水发育低渗透高含水油藏剩余油精准挖潜技术

Precise tapping technique of residual oil in low permeability and high water cut reservoir developed by edge-bottom water

摘要 以靖边DW区延9油藏为例,采用物质平衡法计算剩余油储量,明确了剩余油类型和分布规律,找出了针对不同类型剩余油的精准挖潜技术,并选择典型井组进行了现场实施,结果表明:研究区单井平均剩余地质储量2.45×10^(4) t,剩余油潜力较好;剩余油的成因可分为单一层内剩余油、双层系层间剩余油和复杂多层系层间层内剩余油;根据剩余油类型精准挖潜的重点不同,通过完善注采对应、精准补孔等措施可改变液流方向,达到精准挖掘剩余油的目的。现场试验结果表明,剩余油精准挖潜措施能够显著提高超低渗透油藏水驱开发后的采收率,措施后日产油量平均增幅达到215%,含水率平均降低幅度达到11.5%,达到了良好的降水增油效果,可在同类油藏中进一步推广应用。 Taking Yan 9 reservoir in Jingbian DW area as an example,the residual oil reserves were calculated by material balance method,the type and distribution law of residual oil were clarified,precise tapping techniques for residual oil of different types were proposed,and a typical well group were selected for field test.The results show that the average remaining geological reserves of single well in the study area are 2.45×10^(4) t with residual oil of decent potential,and the formation of the residual oil can be divided into single-layer residual oil,double-layer interlayered residual oil and complex multi-layer interlayered residual oil.According to the different key points of precise tapping potential of residual oil types,the direction of liquid flow can be changed by perfecting injection production,precision hole filling and so on,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate excavation of residual oil.The field test results show that the residual oil precise tapping measures can significantly improve the recovery after water flooding development in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.After the implementation of the measures in the experimental well group,the average increase of daily oil production is 215%,and the average reduction of water cut is 11.5%,which demonstrates a good effect of reducing water and increasing oil,and can be further promoted and applied in the same type of reservoirs.
