摘要
评估中青年急性心肌梗死患者的心理社会适应性,包括患者的家庭参与水平、社会参与水平、重返工作程度及情绪的变化等方面。分析中青年急性心肌梗死患者的心理社会适应性现状、概念、干预方式及影响因素等。发现中青年人群在罹患急性心肌梗死后,其心理社会适应不良表现的水平较高,且呈现出多样化,但部分患者的心理社会适应较为良好。中青年患者的心理社会适应性最重要的影响因素有疾病、医疗、认知、性格、应对、人口学特征等因素。
The psychosocial adaptation of young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction was evaluated,including the level of family participation,social participation,return to work and emotional changes.The status quo,concept,intervention methods and influencing factors of psychosocial adaptation in young and middle-aged patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed.It was found that the level of psychosocial maladjustment of young and middle-aged people after acute myocardial infarction was high and diversified,but some patients had better psychosocial adjustment.The most important factors affecting psychosocial adaptation of young and middle-aged patients were disease,medical treatment,cognition,personality,coping,demographic characteristics and other factors.
