摘要
2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松是机体多途径破坏下引发的骨代谢平衡受损的结果,基因多态性可能是对2型糖尿病并发骨质疏松的影响因素之一,通过针对基因多态性与2型糖尿病伴骨质疏松的研究进行综述分析发现应用基因多态性可能是减轻2型糖尿病骨质疏松的有效手段之一。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with osteoporosis is the result of impaired bone metabolic homeostasis triggered by the disruption of multiple pathways in the body,and genetic polymorphisms may be one of the influencing factors on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.A review of studies on genetic polymorphisms and type 2 diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis revealed that the application of genetic polymorphisms may be an effective means to reduce osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
