1990—2021年PubMed收录传染病领域系统评价/Meta分析的文献统计与研究热点探析 被引量:1

Statistical data and research hotspots for systematic reviews/meta-analyses in the field of infectious diseases based on the literature analysis in Pubmed database from 1990 to 2021

摘要 目的分析传染病领域系统评价/Meta分析的发表情况和热点主题,为科研人员开展相关研究提供参考。方法检索并根据纳入排除标准人工筛选PubMed数据库中自建库起至2021年收录的人类或人兽共患传染病相关的系统评价/Meta分析,应用BICOMB软件统计每年发文量、期刊分布情况及主要主题词频次。使用VOSviewer软件对高频主要主题词进行共词网络聚类分析,获得该领域的研究热点。结果共获得5669篇传染病领域的系统评价/Meta分析论文,刊载于1040种期刊,最早的论文发表于1990年,2000年后每年论文量呈快速增长趋势。发文量排在前两位的期刊为PLoS One和Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews。“HIV感染”是词频最高的主要主题词。通过共词网络聚类可视化分析,获得该领域6大类研究热点,分别为:①HIV感染的相关研究;②抗HIV药物研究;③乙型及丙型肝炎;④结核病;⑤疫苗接种;⑥传染病母婴垂直传播、新型冠状病毒肺炎、衣原体感染等疾病及问题的研究。结论国际传染病领域系统评价/Meta分析研究快速蓬勃发展,HIV感染是最受科研人员关注的热点主题,近期的重大公共卫生问题──新型冠状病毒肺炎也快速成为系统评价和Meta分析研究的热点。未来应定期开展相关领域的情报学研究,以期为传染性疾病的防控提供一定的线索和参考。 Objective To analyze the publication status and hot topics of systematic review/meta-analysis research in the field of infectious diseases,so as to provide references for researchers to carry out related research.Methods The systematic reviews/meta-analyses related to human or zoonotic infectious diseases in PubMed from the establishment of the database to 2021 were retrieved and filtered according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The annual amount of articles,journal distribution and frequency of major MeSH terms were counted by the software BICOMB.The software VOSviewer was used to conduct co-word network clustering analysis for highly-frequent major MeSH terms,and the research hotspots in this field were obtained.Results A total of 5669 systematic review/meta-analysis articles in the field of infectious diseases were included and published in 1040 journals.The earliest article was published in 1990,and the annual number of articles had shown a rapid growth trend after 2000.The top two journals publishing the most relevant articles were PLoS One and Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews.“HIV Infections”was the major MeSH term with the highest frequency.Through the visual analysis of co-word network clustering,six research hotspots were obtained,namely:1)HIV infection related research;2)anti-HIV drug research;3)hepatitis B and C;4)tuberculosis;5)vaccination;6)researches on the infectious diseases and conditions such as vertical mother-to-child transmission,COVID-19,and chlamydia infection.Conclusions The systematic review/meta-analysis research in the global field of infectious diseases has developed rapidly.HIV infection is a hot topic attracting the most attention of researchers,and the recent major public health issue,COVID-19,has also quickly become a hot topic in systematic reviews and meta-analyses.In the future,the information investigation in related fields should be carried out regularly in order to provide certain clues and references for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
