摘要
目的分析绵阳市2017—2021年艾滋病抗体检测结果,为制定检测策略提供科学依据。方法采用χ^(2)检验和Cochran-Armitage趋势检验,对艾滋病防治基本信息系统中绵阳市2017—2021年艾滋病抗体检测覆盖率、有效检出率、不同样本来源检测情况和晚发现比例进行统计学分析。结果2017—2021年绵阳市HIV抗体检测平均筛查覆盖率为36.18%,不同年份筛查覆盖率呈逐年上升趋势,平均有效检出率为0.06%,不同年份有效检出率呈下降趋势(χ^(2)趋势=509.764,P<0.001);不同样本来源和新报告病例不同样本来源构成比中,一般就诊者占比最高;有效检出率居前3位的分别为:重点人群、检测咨询和监管场所;2017—2021年绵阳市HIV/AIDS病例的晚发现率呈逐年下降的趋势(χ^(2)趋势=26.407,P<0.001)。结论绵阳市HIV抗体检测覆盖率逐年上升,有效检出率逐年下降;重点人群检出率最高;晚发现比例逐年下降。HIV抗体检测促进了病例发现,今后应兼顾检测量和检测效率,以提高有效检出率为重点,最大限度发现病例。
Objective To analyze the results of HIV antibody testing in Mianyang City from 2017 to 2021,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating detection strategy of AIDS prevention and control.Methods The screening coverage,effective detection rate,detection of different sample sources and late detection ratio which collected from HIV/AIDS prevention and control information system from 2017 to 2021 in Mianyang were analyzed statistically byχ^(2) testing and the CochranArmitage trend test methods.Results From 2017 to 2021,the average screening coverage of HIV antibody testing in Mianyang City was 36.18%.The screening coverage in different years showed an increasing trend year by year in different years,the average effective detection rate was 0.06%,it decreased in different years(χ^(2)_(trend)=509.764,P<0.001);Among the composition ratios of different sample sources and the sources of newly reported cases,general patients accounted for the highest proportion,the top three effective detection rates were:key population,testing and consultation and supervision sites;and the late detection rate of HIV/AIDS cases in Mianyang City decreased year by year from 2017 to 2021(χ^(2)_(trend)=26.407,P<0.001).Conclusions The coverage rate of HIV antibody testing in Mianyang City increased year by year,while the effective detection rate decreased year by year.The detection rate of key groups was the highest,and the late detection rate decreased year by year.HIV antibody testing has promoted the case detection,in the future,the detection quantity and detection efficiency should be taken into account,so that to improve the effective detection rate and to maximize the detection of cases.
