长白山区不同海拔森林湿地土壤碳氮磷生态化学计量学特征 被引量:2

Effect of Altitude on the Eco-stoichiometric Characteristicsof Soils from Forest Wetland of Changbai Mountain Area

摘要 以长白山区不同海拔森林湿地为研究对象,研究土壤有机碳、全氮和全磷含量及其生态化学计量比的空间分布特征与海拔和土壤盐度的关系.结果表明:土壤有机碳含量在550~815 m低海拔湿地含量较高,在847~1 280 m高海拔湿地含量较低,土壤全氮含量随海拔的升高呈逐渐下降的趋势,海拔550 m的湿地含量最高;土壤全磷含量呈波动变化,海拔1 280 m含量最高.各海拔湿地土壤有机碳、全氮含量以0~5 cm土层积累较多,且随土层深度的增加而递减.C/N比值随海拔升高呈先增加后降低的趋势,海拔815 m处比值最高.C/P、N/P比值随海拔升高呈先降低后升高再降低波动变化,C/P比值在815 m海拔处最高,N/P比值在550 m海拔处最高,各海拔有机碳、全氮、全磷含量及生态化学计量比空间变异均较大.相关性分析表明:海拔与土壤C、N、N/P具有极显著的相关关系,土壤盐度与C/P、N/P有极显著相关关系、与C、N、P有显著相关关系.说明,海拔和土壤盐度是影响长白山森林湿地土壤C、N、P含量,以及生态化学计量学特征的主要环境因子. To investigate the effect of altitude on the ecological stoichimetric characteristics of wetlands,soil samples were collected from different altitudes forest wetland in Changbai Mountain,and the soil or⁃ganic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)levels of the samples were measured.The results showed that the amount of soil organic matter was higher at the altitudes of 550 m to 815 m and lower at the high-altitude gradients of 847 m to 1280 m.The amount of total N showed an decreases trend as altitude increased.The peak value occurs at the altitude of 550 m.The amount of total P gradu⁃ally fluctuated.The content of total P was highest at the altitude of 1280 m.The soil organic carbon and total nitrogen contents of wetlands at all altitudes accumulated more in the 0~5 cm soil layer and de⁃creased with the increase of soil depth,C/N ratio wasincreases first and then decreases with the elevation,and the ratio is the highest at 815 m above sea level.However,the C/P and N/P ratios fluctuate with the increase of altitude,and C/P and N/P ratios were the highest at 815 m and 550m respectively.The spatial heterogeneity of organic carbon,total N,total P,C/N,C/P and N/P at different altitudes is large.The cor⁃relation analysis showed that there was extremely significant correlation between altitude and soil C,N,N/P,and a extremelysignificant correlation between soil salinity and C/P,N/P and a significant correlation with C,N,P.Altitude and soil salinity were the main environmental factors that affect the content of C,N,P in soil and the characteristics of eco-stoichiometricof forest wetlandin Changbai Mountain.
