摘要
以20世纪60年代法国精神分析学家雅克·拉康提出的“欲望伦理学”为依据,通过文本细读法,深入剖析美国作家赛珍珠的长篇小说《庭院中的女人》中主人公吴太太所历经的“情欲救赎”的复杂心理历程,即“情欲萌芽”“情欲升华”和“情欲至臻”。三个层次的逐次推进,使吴太太的“主体欲望”得以完全实现,个体价值达于“至善”,从而成为具有独立人格的“我者”。
With reference to the“ethics of desire”proposed by the French psychoanalyst Jacques Lacan in the 1960s,the paper explored the three-dimensions of the“desire redemption”of Mrs.Wu,the protagonist in Pearl S.Buck’s novel Pavilion of Wom⁃en:desire awakening,desire sublimation and desire fulfillment.These three dimensions have successively progressed Mrs.Wu to satisfy her desires as a female and perfect herself as a person of virtues,an“I”with independent individuality and personality.
