摘要
本文阐释了护理专业实施"1+X"课证融合的意义及面临的困境;分析英国BTEC课证融合的工作理念和实践经验,并提出针对我国"1+X"证书制度下提高高职护生对老年照护的职业认同,加强课证融合在标准、内容和评价等方面进行融合的实践,培养"一专多能"的老年照护护理人才,为高职护理专业课证融合教学改革提供借鉴。
This paper explained the significance and dilemma of implementing the integration of"1+X"courses and certificates in nursing specialty.This paper analyzed the working concept and practical experience of BTEC course-certificate integration in the UK,and put forward the practice of strengthening the integration of course-certificate integration in terms of standards,contents and evaluation,aiming at improving vocational nursing students professional recognition of aged care under the"1+X"certificate system in China,so as to cultivate nursing talents with"one specialty and many abilities"for aged care,and provided reference for the teaching reform of course-certificate integration in higher vocational nursing specialty.
