摘要
目的探讨正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机体层成像仪(PET-CT)检查中延迟显像患者综合心理干预对诊断质量、医疗纠纷的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年3月中南大学湘雅二医院PET-CT检查中延迟显像患者138例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组69例(给予常规护理)与干预组69例(给予综合心理干预)。记录并比较两组患者干预前后心理状态评分、诊断质量、干预期间护理满意度及医疗纠纷发生情况。结果干预后干预组行PET-CT检查患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均分别明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后干预组行PET-CT检查患者检查时间检查图像不合格率均分别明显少于对照组,检查图像优良率及检查配合度均分别明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预期间干预组采用PET-CT检查患者护理满意度明显高于对照组、医疗纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对PET-CT检查中延迟显像患者实施综合心理干预可明显改善患者心理状态,缩短检查时间,提高图像诊断质量及护理满意度,患者检查配合度高且医疗纠纷发生率低。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on improving the quality of diagnosis and reducing medical disputes in patients patients with delayed imaging in positron emission tomography/X-ray computed tomography(PET-CT).Methods A total of 138 patients with delayed imaging during PET-CT examination in the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 69 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given comprehensive psychological intervention.Psychological scores,diagnostic quality,nursing satisfaction and medical disputes were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Affer intervention,the inspection time and unqualified rate of the PET-CT examination patients in the intervention group were significantly less than those in the control group,respectively,and the excellent and good rate of the examination images and the cooperation degree of the examination were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group with PET-CT examination was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of medical disputes was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive psychological intervention for patients with delayed imaging during PET-CT examination can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,shorten the examination time,improve the qualit
