摘要
针对水体中二氯苯酚难以通过降解去除的问题,制备一种双金属吸附材料,并探讨了该材料的性能。结果表明,双金属材料的最佳制备工艺为:以二水氯化铜为铜源和m(铁):m(铜)=10:2;最佳吸附工艺为:在二氯苯酚初始浓度和pH值分别为50mg/L和5的模拟废水中,按照10g/L的投加量,且在空气环境温度为25℃和摇床转速为200r/min的条件下降解200r/min,此时二氯苯酚的降解率可达97%。同时用双金属材料循环降解6次后,对二氯苯酚的降解率维持50%。由此得出,本试验制备的双金属材料具有良好的降解性能。
Aiming at the problem that dichlorophenol in water is difficult to be removed by degradation,a bimetallic adsorption material is prepared,and properties of the material are discussed.The results show that the best preparation process of bimetallic material is:Copper chloride dihydrate is used as copper source,and m(iron):m(copper)=10:2.The best adsorption process is:In the simulated wastewater with initial concentration and pH of dichlorophenol of 50mg/L and 5 respectively,when the air temperature and shaking speed are 25℃and 200r/min,the adsorption material of 10g/L is added to degrade dichlorophenol for 200 minutes,and the degradation rate of dichlorophenol can reach 97%.At the same time,the degradation rate of dichlorophenol can still reach 50%after 6 cycles of degradation with bimetallic materials.Therefore,the prepared bimetallic material has good degradation property.
