摘要
目的 分析大理州某医院恶性肿瘤患者疾病谱,为开展恶性肿瘤防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集2018年1月1日-2021年12月31日大理州某医院恶性肿瘤病例资料,采用ICD-10编码进行疾病分类,分析统计不同年龄、性别和癌种的分布特点。结果 4年间医院共收治恶性肿瘤患者6015例,其中男性2961例,女性3054例。病例呈逐年增长的趋势,男女患者构成比较,差异无统计学意义。患者平均年龄为56.96±12.71岁,各年龄段之间患者病例数差异有统计学意义,且发病类别不同。恶性肿瘤构成比前10位依次是:肺癌、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠癌、食管癌、膀胱癌、前列腺癌,占全部恶性肿瘤的77.77%。结论 恶性肿瘤患者发病具有年龄、癌种差异,肺癌、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、消化道癌仍是目前的防治重点,大理州相关部门应针对重点人群开展综合防控措施,开展早诊早治工作。
Objectives This study aims to analyze the disease spectrum of malignant tumor patients in a hospital in Dali Prefecture to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods Data of malignant tumor cases in a hospital in Dali Prefecture from January 1,2018 to December 31,2021 were collected.ICD-10 codes were used for disease classification.The distribution characteristics of different ages,genders,and cancer types were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 6,015 patients with malignant tumors were treated in the hospital during the four years,including 2,961 males and 3,054 females.Cases were increasing year by year,and there was no statistically significant difference in the composition of male and female patients.The average age of the patients was 56.96±12.7i years old.There were statistically significant differences in the number of cases among diferent age groups,and the incidence categories were different.The top 10 malignant tumors were:lung cancer,breast cancer,thyroid cancer,rectal cancer,stomach cancer,liver cancer,colon cancer,esophageal cancer,bladder cancer,and prostate cancer,accounting for 77.77%of all malignant tumors.Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumors varies with age and type of cancer.Lung cancer,breast cancer,thyroid cancer,and digestive tract cancer are still the focus of prevention and treatment.Relevant departments in Dali Prefecture should carry out comprehensive prevention and control measures for key populations,and carry out early diagnosis and early treatment.
