摘要
目的 探讨优质手术室护理应用于甲状腺癌患者的临床效果。方法 将我院2018年4月至2020年2月收治的甲状腺癌手术患者共90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组采取普通常规护理服务,观察组给予综合性优质手术室护理服务,并进行详细的记录。对比术后两组患者的血压、心率水平等指标,对比两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及护理满意度。结果 经过不同模式护理服务后,对于患者的血压和心率水平,观察组明显优于对照组,且观察组SAS与SDS评分明显低于对照组评分(P <0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度(P <0.05)。结论优质的手术室护理服务应用于甲状腺癌患者术前术后,有利于稳定患者的生命体征,减轻患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,有利于促进患者的康复,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of high quality operating room nursing on patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 90 cases of thyroid cancer surgery patients admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was provided with general routine nursing service,and the observation group was given comprehensive high-quality operating room nursing service with detailed records were made.The blood pressure,heart rate,SAS and SDS scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure and heart rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly relieved,and the score of SAS and SDS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality operation room nursing service to thyroid cancer patients before and after surgery is beneficial to stabilize the vital signs,reduce anxiety and depression,and restore to health,which has important clinical significance.
