集束化护理干预在ICU人工气道患者中的应用

摘要 目的分析在为重症监护室(ICU)人工气道患者实施护理服务的过程中集束化护理干预的应用效果。方法本研究对象的纳入时间范围为2021年10月至2022年9月,纳入在我院接受治疗的ICU人工气道患者70例,采用随机数表法将患者分为试验组与对照组,其中试验组35例患者接受集束化护理干预,对照组35例患者接受常规护理服务,分析比较不同护理模式所获得的护理效果。结果试验组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间相对较短,并发症发生率明显较低,对护理服务的满意程度相对较高,与对照组患者相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在为ICU人工气道患者实施护理服务过程中集束化护理干预的应用获得了相对较为理想的护理效果,在缩短患者机械通气与ICU住院时间的同时避免了并发症出现给患者造成的影响与伤害,获得了患者与家属相对较高的满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect and value of cluster nursing intervention in the process of nursing services for patients with artificial airway in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The inclusion time range of the subjects in this study was October 2021 to September 2022,including a total of 70 patients receiving ICU artificial airway treatment in our hospital.The patients were divided into experimental group and comparison group by random number table method,35 patients in the experimental group received cluster nursing intervention,and 35 patients in the comparison group received routine nursing services.Analyze and compare the specific nursing effects obtained by different nursing modes.Results The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time of experimental group were relatively short,the complication rate was significantly lower,and the satisfaction degree of nursing service was relatively higher,there was a significant statistical difference compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of implementing nursing services for patients with artificial airway in ICU,the application of cluster nursing intervention has achieved relatively ideal nursing effect,avoiding the impact and harm caused by complications while shortening the patients'mechanical ventilation and ICU stay,and obtaining relatively high satisfaction of patients and their families.
