摘要
目的 观察仿生物电刺激联合暖宫育灵汤治疗寒凝血瘀型不孕症患者的效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月驻马店市中医院收治的900例寒凝血瘀型不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(225例,常规西药治疗)、仿生物电刺激组(225例,常规西药治疗+仿生物电刺激)、暖宫育灵汤组(225例,常规西药治疗+暖宫育灵汤)和联合组(225例,常规西药治疗+仿生物电刺激+暖宫育灵汤),观察比较4组患者治疗前后子宫内膜情况(子宫膜厚度、A型子宫内膜比例)、子宫内膜容积血流参数[血管化指数(VI)、血流指数(FI)、血管化血流指数(VFI)]、性激素水平[雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)]、1年内妊娠率和足月分娩率。结果 联合组患者总有效率高于仿生物电刺激组、暖宫育灵汤组和对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组患者子宫内膜厚度、A型子宫内膜比例高于仿生物电刺激组、暖宫育灵汤组和对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组患者FI、VI、VFI水平高于仿生物电刺激组、暖宫育灵汤组和对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组患者E2、P水平高于仿生物电刺激组、暖宫育灵汤组和对照组,FSH水平低于仿生物电刺激组、暖宫育灵汤组和对照组(P<0.05);联合组1年内妊娠率、足月分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 仿生物电刺激联合暖宫育灵汤治疗寒凝血瘀型不孕症的效果显著,可有效增加子宫内膜厚度,改善内膜形态和血流灌注,调节性激素水平,提高妊娠率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with Nuangong Yuling Decoction(暖宫育灵汤)on patients with infertility due to cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 900 patients with infertility due to cold coagulation and blood stasis were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and December 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(225 cases,routine western medicines),biomimetic electrical stimulation group(225 cases,routine western medicines+biomimetic electrical stimulation),Nuangong Yuling Decoction group(225 cases,routine western medicines+Nuangong Yuling Decoction)and combination group(225 cases,routine western medicines+biomimetic electrical stimulation+Nuangong Yuling Decoction).The endometrium conditions(endometrial thickness,ratio of type A endometrium),endometrial flow parameters[vascularization index(VI),flow index(FI),vascularization flow index(VFI)J and levels of sex hormones[estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)J before and after treatment,pregnancy rate within 1 year and full-term delivery rate among the four groups were compared.Results The total response rate of the combination group were higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness and ratio of type A endometrium in the combination group were higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05),FI,VI and VFI were higher than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2 and P in the combination group were higher than those in the other three groups,while FSH level was lower than that in the other three groups(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate within 1 year and full-term delivery rate in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with Nuangong Yuling Decoction is significant on patients with infertility due to cold coagulation and blood sta
