摘要
中医诊疗体系是根植于中医学理论,经过数千年医疗实践经验总结而逐步形成的智慧结晶。诊疗体系的构建对于中医药规范化参与疾病全程、提升中医诊疗效果具有重要意义。在现今中西医并行的时代背景下,现代医学在诊疗过程中仍发挥着主体作用。传统的中医诊疗体系如何更好地与现代诊疗体系融洽互鉴,如何找准中西医诊疗之间的契合点,使二者达到良好的共性融合是时代留给中西医的历史拐点性难题。中医学已然进入到新的历史发展阶段,现有中医诊疗体系的革新重构,对于提高中医诊疗水平、推动中医药传承创新发展具有较强的现实意义。文章回顾性梳理中医诊疗体系的形成与发展历程,围绕着“病、证、治”中医诊疗体系三大核心构成要素,总结各历史时期中医诊疗体系特点,结合新时代背景分析现代中医诊疗体系研究现状与发展路径,为日后体系的革新重构提供参考。
TCM diagnosis and treatment system is a crystallization of wisdom rooted in the theory of TCM and gradually formed after thousands of years of medical practice and experience.The construction of diagnosis and treatment system is of great significance for the standardization of TCM to participate in the whole process of disease and improve the effect of diagnosis and treatment.Under the current medical background, western medicine still plays a main role in the process of diagnosis and treatment.How to better integrate the TCM diagnosis and treatment system with the modern diagnosis and treatment system, and how to find out the coincidence point between TCM and Western medicine are the key points.TCM enters a new stage of historical development.The reconstruction of diagnosis and treatment system has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance, innovation and development of TCM.This paper reviewed the formation and development process of TCM diagnosis and treatment system, summarized the characteristics of each historical period and analyzed the research status and development path of modern TCM diagnosis and treatment system in combination with the background of the new era, so as to provide reference for the development in the future.
