虚拟现实技术助力模具课程资源库开发

摘要 基于模具校企合作的快速发展,目前仍普遍存在企业真实实训场景较少,不能高效培养企业岗位需求的技能型人才,无法促成项目资源库建设和信息技术融合融通等问题。借助增强现实AR、虚拟现实VR等人机交互虚拟技术,对模具专业校企合作课程进行改革和资源库开发,把虚拟现实VR和增强现实AR技术、模具专业课程和校企合作进行产教深度融合。 Based on the rapid development of the cooperation between mold schools and enlerprises,it is still common that there are very few real training scenarios for enterprises,which can not effectively cultivate skilled talents required by enterprises,and can not promote the construction of project resource library and the integration of informational technology.In this paper,with the help of AR-Augmented Reality,Virtual Reality and other human-computer interaction virtual technologies,the school enterprise cooperation courses of mold specialty are reformed and the resource library is developed,and the virtual reality VR and augmented reality AR technology,mold specialty courses and school enterprise cooperation are deeply integrated in production and education.
