双频宽带MIMO天线设计

摘要 高性能天线有助于实现宽带高速率数据传输需求和更高的传输可靠性,会带来更加优质的通信体验。文章提出一款由两个相同结构的单极子天线所构成的双频宽带MIMO天线,由辐射贴片、接地板和环氧树脂(FR4)基板组成,天线之间设置T形接地背板改变天线电流分布以提高MIMO天线的隔离度;利用电磁仿真软件HFSS仿真和优化天线的各个参数。结果表明:MIMO天线能够在3.24~4.8 GHz和5.9~6.9 GHz频段工作,实现双频特性;其在两个频段内分别实现了相对带宽为38.8%和15.6%的宽带特性;添加T形单元的天线隔离度提升至-23 dB;天线具有良好的辐射特性,其包络相关系数<0.5,可应用于无线通信系统。 High-performance antennas are conductive to realizing the high-speed data transmission and higher transmission reliability of broadband,bringing better communication experience.This paper presents a dual-frequency broadband MIMO antenna consisting of two monopole antennas of the same structure,which is composed of radiation patch,ground plate and epoxy circuit(FR4)board.A T-shaped ground patch is configured between the two monopole antennas to change the antenna current distribution,thus improving the MIMO antenna isolation.The electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to simulate and optimize the antenna parameters.The results show that MIMO antenna can work in 3.24-4.8 GHz and 5.9-6.9 GHz bands to achieve dual-frequency characteristics.The relative bandwidths of 38.8%and 15.6%are realized in the two bands respectively.The isolation of the antenna is improved to-23 dB with the addition of the T-shaped unit.Antenna has good radiation characteristics,and its envelope correlation coefficient is less than 0.5,which can be used in wireless communication system.
