摘要 为了探明无损检测方法在超高性能混凝土抗冻融性评估中的适用性,针对不同种类的混凝土混合物进行试验室测定。结果表明,根据《混凝土测定孔隙度参数的方法》(GOST 12730.4-1978)的超高性能混凝土的冻融预测是不准确的。通过使用超声脉冲速度和动态弹性模量方法在整个试样体积上检查测试性能的变化,并对动态弹性模量进行计算,是测量抗冻融性的更可靠方法,该方法提供了更多关于被测材料深层结构变化的信息。研究结果可为无损检测超高性能混凝土的抗冻融性提供理论支持。 In order to explore the applicability of non-destructive testing methods in the evaluation of freezing and thawing resistance of ultra-high performance concrete,different kinds of concrete mixtures were tested in the laboratory.The results show that the freeze-thaw prediction of ultra-high performance concrete according to GOST 12730.4-1978 standard is not accurate.By using ultrasonic pulse velocity and dynamic elastic modulus method to check the change of test performance on the whole sample volume,and calculate the dynamic elastic modulus,it is a more reliable method to measure the freeze-thaw resistance.This method provides more information about the changes in the deep structure of the material under test.The results provide theoretical support for nondestructive testing of freeze-thaw resistance of ultrahigh performance concrete.
