摘要
水资源的合理分配是实现水资源合理开发和使用的前提,也是保证水资源可持续发展的重要保证。为了实现南安市水资源的合理配置与开发,通过调查其分布特征和开发利用现状,提出配置与开发利用方案,并验证其有效性。结果表明,工业用水的重复利用率为87%,城市公用水网的漏失率为15%;人口预测增长率为1.56%,第三产业预测比重为40.73%。综合来看,研究方案的预测结果基本符合预期,对南安市水资源的合理配置具有重要意义。
The rational distribution of water resources is the premise of realizing the rational development and use of water resources,and also an important guarantee to ensure the sustainable development of water resources.Therefore,in order to realize the rational allocation and development of water resources in Nan’an city,the research puts forward the allocation and development and utilization plan by investigating its distribution characteristics and development and utilization status,and verifies its effectiveness.The experimental results show that the reuse rate of industrial water is 87%,and the leakage rate of urban public water network is 15%;the predicted population growth rate is 1.56%,and the predicted proportion of the tertiary industry is 40.73%.In a word,the prediction results of the research scheme basically meet the expectations,which is of great significance for the rational allocation of water resources in Nan’an city.
