摘要
目的研究化痰逐瘀散结汤联合放化疗对肺癌患者的疗效及患者体内前梯度蛋白2(anterior gradient-2,AGR2)、细胞角蛋白19片段21-1(cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1,CYFRA21-1)的变化影响。方法研究收集医院2018年3月—2021年2月收治的肺癌患者102例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组给予放化疗治疗,试验组给予化痰逐瘀散结汤联合放化疗治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为62.75%(32/51)和43.14%(22/51),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前白细胞介素-12(interleukin 12,IL-12)、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、CYFRA21-1、AGR2、癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后IL-12、IFN-γ水平高于对照组,IGF-1、CYFRA21-1、AGR2、CEA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰逐瘀散结汤联合放化疗治疗肺癌可降低CYFRA21-1、AGR2、CEA的表达水平,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of Huatan Zhuyu Sanjie Decoction(化痰逐瘀散结汤)combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the changes of pregradient protein 2(AGR2)and cytokeratin 19(CYFRA21-1)in patients with lung cancer.Methods This study collected 102 lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 as the study object,and divided them into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with radio⁃therapy and chemotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with Huatan Zhuyu Sanjie Decoction combined with radiothera⁃py and chemotherapy.Results The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 62.75%(32/51)and 43.14%(22/51),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-12(IL-12),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),CYFRA21-1,AGR2 or carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γin the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IGF-1,CYFRA21-1,AGR2 and CEA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lung cancer with Huatan Zhuyu Sanjie Decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can reduce the expressions of CYFRA21-1,AGR2 and CEA and improve the quality of life.
