摘要
目的探讨中药热熨配合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎(气滞血瘀型)的临床价值及对患者情绪的影响。方法采用随机对照试验设计,选取我院2020年8月至2021年12月间门诊及住院共收治的200例慢性盆腔炎(气滞血瘀型)患者作为研究对象,所有患者在常规抗生素左氧氟沙星治疗的基础上,观察组100例患者加用中药热熨配合中药灌肠治疗,对照组仅采用中药灌肠治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、对患者情绪的影响以及中药热熨配合中药灌肠治疗的经济价值。结果治疗后观察组中医证候评分为(4.2±0.6)分,明显低于对照组的(5.8±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者干预前抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分分别为(62.2±5.0)分,(62.0±6.2)分,与对照组的(61.8±4.8)分,(62.3±5.6)分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后试验组SDS、SAS评分为(45.4±3.9)分,(56.2±7.7)分,明显低于对照组(54.0±4.1)分,(55.8±4.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗程总费用、西药费、检查费、门诊诊疗费均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热熨配合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,安全性高,对患者的情绪影响小,具有较高的经济价值,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of combined use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot ironing and enema for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvis(Types of Qi stagnation and congestion)and its effect on patients′mood.Methods A randomized controlled trial design method was used to select 200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 as the research objects.All patients were treated on the basis of conventional antibiotic levofloxacin,100 patients in the observation group were treated with TCM hot pressing and enema treatment,and 100 patients in the control group was only treated with TCM enema.The clinical efficacy,the influence on patients′emotions and the economic value of TCM hot pressing and enema treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was(4.2±0.6)points and significantly lower than that of the control group(5.8±0.8)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(93%)and the control group(80%)(P>0.05).The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the observation group before intervention were(62.2±5.0)and(62.0±6.2),and there was no difference compared with the control group(61.8±4.8)and(62.3±5.6)(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were(45.4±3.9)and(56.2±7.7)and significantly lower than those of the control group(54.0±4.1)and(55.8±4.3)(P<0.05).The total cost of treatment,western medicine,examination,and outpatient diagnosis and treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM hot pressing and enema treatment have a definite curative effect and high safety in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It has little impact on the patients′mood and has high economic value
