摘要
目的探索中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者采用数字化减影血管造影机(DSA)介入治疗的临床效果。方法选取40例中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和与研究组,每组20例。对照组选用常规治疗方案,进行单侧动脉栓塞灌注化疗。研究组则选用DAS介入治疗方案,进行双侧动脉栓塞灌注化疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗后生活质量评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,不良反应总发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的30.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的生命健康、经济物质、心理健康、社会功能与关系评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,对中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者采用DSA介入治疗进行双侧动脉栓塞,能够有效帮助患者控制疾病的发展,降低不良反应所带来的生命健康威胁,争取更长的生存时间,提高患者生活质量,减轻疾病所带来的多种负担与痛苦,值得在临床中不断研究与改进,并进一步推广应用。
Objective To further explore the therapeutic effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)interventional therapy in patients with middle and advanced gynecological malignancies.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced gynecological malignancies were selected,they were divided into the control group and research group according to the random number table method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and unilateral arterial infusion chemotherapy.The research group was treated with DAS interventional therapy and underwent bilateral arterial embolization and perfusion chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and the quality of life scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 80.00%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%,whch was significantly lower than 30.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life health,economic material,mental health,social function and relationship in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,bilateral arterial embolization by DSA interventional therapy for patients with middle and advanced gynecological malignant tumors can effectively help patients control the development of the disease,reduce the life and health threats caused by adverse reactions,strive for longer survival time,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the burden and pain caused by the disease.It is worth continuous research and improvement in clinical practice,and further promotion and application.
