摘要
揭示碳金融支持创新型企业技术创新的影响规律,对于低碳经济背景下促进创新型企业推进绿色技术创新具有重要意义。基于金融支持企业技术创新视角,分别从理论、现实与实践层面,对碳金融支持创新型企业技术创新的理论基础、发展现状和现实阻碍进行分析,研究发现:融资难、融资渠道窄、资金缺口大和相关法律制度不健全是当前影响我国碳金融支持创新型企业技术创新的现实阻碍,相关部门应予以重视,积极采取放宽碳信贷融资标准,提供风险担保、拓宽企业促进技术创新的碳融资渠道、增加社会力量参与企业碳融资的参与度等举措去着力解决当前制约我国碳金融支持创新型企业技术创新健康发展的现实阻碍。
Revealing the influence law of carbon finance supporting technological innovation of innovative enterprises is of great significance for promoting innovative enterprises and promoting green technological innovation in the era of low-carbon economy.Based on the perspective of financial support for enterprise technological innovation,this paper studies the theoretical basis,development status and practical obstacles of carbon finance supporting innovative enterprise technological innovation from the aspects of theory,reality and practice.It is found that it is difficult to finance,narrow financing channels The large capital gap and the imperfect relevant legal system are the practical obstacles affecting China’s carbon finance to support the technological innovation of innovative enterprises.Relevant departments should pay attention to it,actively relax the carbon credit financing standards,provide risk guarantee,and broaden the carbon financing channels for enterprises to promote technological innovation Increase the participation of social forces in enterprise carbon financing and other measures to solve the current practical obstacles restricting the healthy development of technological innovation of innovative enterprises supported by carbon finance in China.
