摘要
数字经济是推动经济发展的新型经济业态,产业结构升级更是推进构建我国新发展格局的关键一环。通过数字经济促进我国产业结构升级,对实现我国经济高质量发展,助力新发展格局形成具有重要的现实意义。从数字经济内涵出发,对我国2016-2020年数字经济发展现状从国家整体层面、区域层面以及省际层面三个层面进行系统全面分析。并在此基础上,从数字技术、数字金融以及数字产业三大数字经济重要组成部分分析了数字经济促进产业结构升级的影响机制,提出数字技术改善能源结构促进产业结构升级、数字金融优化金融结构促进产业结构升级、数字产业提升居民消费结构促进产业结构升级的三大影响机制。同时,结合我国产业结构升级面临的现实困境,提出相应对策建议。
Digital economy is a new economic mode to promote economic development,and the upgrading of industrial structure is a key part of promoting the construction of a new development pattern in China.Promoting the upgrading of China’s industrial structure through the digital economy is of great practical significance to realize the high-quality development of China’s economy and help the formation of a new development pattern.Starting from the connotation of digital economy,this paper provides a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the current situation of China’s digital economy development from 2016-2020 at the overall national level,regional level and inter-provincial level.On this basis,it analyzes the influence mechanism of digital economy to promote industrial structure upgrading from three important components of digital economy,namely,digital technology,digital finance and digital industry,and proposes three major influence mechanisms of digital technology to improve energy structure to promote industrial structure upgrading,digital finance to optimize financial structure to promote industrial structure upgrading,and digital industry to enhance residents’consumption structure to promote industrial structure upgrading.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in the light of the real dilemma faced by China’s industrial structure upgrading.
