摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中后并发吞咽障碍的患者重视早期综合康复治疗的效果及临床价值。方法:将脑卒中后并发吞咽障碍的120例患者纳入研究,均为石河子市人民医院神经内科2021年1月-2022年1月收治,采用数字表抽取法随机做分组处理。对照组60例,施以常规康复治疗,观察组60例,施以早期综合康复治疗。比较两组总有效率、吞咽功能、免疫功能指标、营养状况指标、并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组洼田饮水试验评分较对照组下降更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)均较对照组下降更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清总蛋白、血红蛋白、白蛋白均较对照组升高更为显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中后并发吞咽障碍的患者,重视早期开展综合康复治疗,可提高总有效率,增强吞咽功能,提升免疫水平,改善机体营养状况,且可降低并发症发生率,开展价值显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical value of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in patients complicated with dysphagia after stroke.Method:A total of 120 patients complicated with dysphagia after stroke were included in the study.They were all admitted to the Department of Neurology,Shihezi People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and were randomly divided into groups using digital table extraction method.The 60 cases of control group were treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,and the 60 cases of observation group were treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.The total effective rate,swallowing function,immune function indexes,nutritional status indexes and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of water swallow test in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum total protein,hemoglobin and albumin in the observation group increased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients complicated with dysphagia after stroke pay attention to early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,which can improve the total effective rate,enhance swallowing function,improve immune level,improve the nutritional status of the body,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is of great development value.
