摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央为防范和治理“微腐败”,从全面从严治党的战略高度提出了一系列新范畴、新思想、新观点,形成的新时代“微腐败”观是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。新时代“微腐败”观具有丰富的哲学意蕴,集中显现了辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论:“微腐败”的本质观体现了哲学本体论,“微腐败”防治的价值取向观及治理效果的评价主体观体现了哲学价值论,“微腐败”后果、成因及系统治理观体现了哲学方法论,“微腐败”观源自实践、指导实践并随实践发展体现了哲学认识论。新时代“微腐败”观为深刻认识和有效防治“微腐败”提供了哲学智慧与方法论指导。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward a series of new categories,new ideas and new viewpoints from the strategic height of comprehensively and strictly administering the party in order to prevent and control“micro corruption”.The concept of“micro corruption”in the new era is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The concept of“micro corruption”in the new era has a rich philosophical connotation,which focuses on the world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.The essence of“micro corruption”reflects the philosophy ontology,the value orientation of prevention and control of“micro corruption”and the evaluation subject of governance effect reflect the philosophy value theory,the consequences,causes and systematic governance of“micro corruption”reflect the philosophy methodology,the concept of“micro corruption”comes from practice Guiding practice and developing with practice embodies philosophical epistemology.The concept of“micro corruption”in the new era provides philosophical wisdom and methodological guidance for the deep understanding and effective prevention of“micro corruption”.
