摘要
随着5G移动通信技术的迅速发展和AI人工智能的深入研究,具有低延时、大通量和智能化为核心特征的AI+5G技术正在被快速应用。针对AI和5G技术各自特点,对AI和5G技术在应急广播系统中的文字转换处理、智能识别公共场所突发事件、“同频”广播和灵活性应用方面提出建议,为以后的应急广播发展和技术创新提供一个新的视角。
With the rapid development of 5G mobile communication technology and the in-depth research of AI artificial intelligence,AI+5G technology with low latency,high throughput,and intelligence as its core features is being rapidly applied.According to the respective characteristics of AI and 5G technologies,suggestions are made on the text conversion processing of AI and 5G technologies in emergency broadcasting systems,intelligent identification of public places emergencies,“same-frequency” broadcasting,and flexible applications,to lay a foundation for the future development of emergency broadcasting and technological innovation provides a new perspective.
