摘要
目的比较三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)和纤维腺瘤的彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像表现。方法回顾性选取2018年5月至2022年5月漯河市第三人民医院收治的62例TNBC患者(TNBC组)和55例纤维腺瘤患者(纤维腺瘤组),比较两组彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像表现。结果两组肿块形状、内部回声、边缘比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNBC组应变率比值及弹性值均高于纤维腺瘤组(P<0.05)。结论经彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像检查发现,TNBC和纤维腺瘤可通过肿块形状、内部回声、边缘等超声征象及弹性值、应变率比值进行鉴别,对乳腺疾病早发现、早治疗具有积极意义。
Objective To compare the appearance of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and fibroadenoma.Methods Retrospective selection of 62 patients with TNBC(TNBC group)and 55 patients with fibroadenoma(fibroadenoma group)admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Luohe City from May 2018 to May 2022.The color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography performance between the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in tumor shape,internal echo,and an edge between the two groups(P<0.05).The strain rate ratio and elasticity value of the TNBC group were higher than those of the fibroadenoma group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasound elastography examination,it is found that TNBC and fibroadenoma can be distinguished by ultrasound signs such as tumor shape,internal echo,edge,and elastic value and strain rate ratio,which has positive significance for early detection and treatment of breast diseases.
