摘要
目的:探讨叙事护理对急诊多发肋骨骨折伴气胸患者心理状态和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2021年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一○医院急诊医学科收治的多发肋骨骨折合并气胸患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合叙事护理。对2组患者的护理满意度、干预前后的心理状态以及睡眠质量进行评估对比。结果:观察组护理满意度(89.79%)高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05);2组在给予不同护理干预后,观察组的心理状态焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及心理弹性量表中文版(CD-RISC)评分较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊多发肋骨骨折伴气胸患者给予叙事护理,可以改善患者的心理状态和睡眠质量,同时也增加了临床护理的满意度,值得在临床上推广运用。
Objective:To explore the effects of narrative nursing on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with multiple rib fractures with pneumothorax in emergency department.Methods:This experiment selected 98 patients with multiple rib fractures combined with pneumothorax admitted to the emergency department of the 910 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People′s Liberation Army of China from April 2021 to December 2021 as research objects,and divided them into control groups and experimental groups according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group gave routine care,and the experimental group combined narrative care on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with care,psychological state before and after the intervention,and sleep quality were evaluated and compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group 89.79%was higher than that in the control group 71.43%(P<0.05);After different nursing interventions were given,the psychological state scores of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving narrative care to patients with multiple rib fractures with pneumothorax in the emergency department can improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients,and also increase the satisfaction of clinical care,which is worth promoting and using clinically.
