摘要
目的:探究心理护理改善艾滋病患者不良情绪与睡眠质量的效果;方法:选取2019年8月至2020年9月福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院收治的艾滋病患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组采取心理护理,对照组采取常规护理,通过收集2组患者接受护理后的负面情绪、生命质量以及睡眠质量等信息来比较2组护理效果。结果:护理前,2组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均下降,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组患者,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者生命质量评分高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者PSQI评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对艾滋病患者采取心理护理的干预模式,可以有效缓解其不良情绪,提升其睡眠质量和生命质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing on improving the bad mood and sleep quality of AIDS patients;Methods:The sampling time was from August 2019 to September 2020 who were AIDS patients admitted to Fujian Medical University.The sampling number was 40.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 people in each group.The observation group received psychological nursing and the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared by collecting the negative emotions,quality of life and sleep quality of the patients after receiving nursing.Results:After analyzing the information of the two groups of patients before and after nursing,it can be seen that Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the two groups of patients before nursing are basically the same,and there is no significant difference(P>0.05);After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of 2 groups were decreased,SAS score and SDS score of observation group were lower than control group,the difference between 2 groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);After nursing,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,PSQI score of observation group was lower than control group,and the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention mode of psychological nursing for AIDS patients can effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients and promote the improvement of sleep quality.
