摘要
目的:观察应用维生素D_(3)与醒脾养儿颗粒配合抚触按摩捏脊对睡眠障碍儿童的干预效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月连江县妇幼保健院收治的睡眠障碍儿童86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予抚触按摩捏脊治疗,观察组给予醒脾养儿颗粒联合维生素D_(3)配合抚触按摩捏脊治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患儿干预前后睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患儿治疗有效率。结果:治疗2个月后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿童睡眠障碍患儿,采用抚触按摩捏脊联合给予醒脾养儿颗粒、维生素D_(3)的方式进行治疗,能够有效改善患儿的睡眠质量,提高治疗有效率,值得推广使用。
Objective:To observe the intervention effect of vitamin D_(3)and Xingpi Yanger granule combined with massage and chiropractic on children with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 86 children with sleep disorders admitted to Lianjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given touch massage and chiropractic treatment,and the observation group was given Xingpi Yanger granules combined with vitamin D_(3)and touch massage chiropractic treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale was adopted to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after the intervention,and the effective rate of treatment between 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After 2 months of treatment,the PSQI score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:For children with sleep disorders,the treatment of massage and chiropractic combined with Xingpi Yanger granules and vitamin D_(3)can effectively improve the sleep quality of children and improve the treatment efficiency,and is worth popularizing.
