摘要
通用航空器在应急救援中的“失联”问题不仅会造成信息滞后,还会致其面临风险,因此,对通航应急救援实行实时监控是至关重要的。通过对应急救援过程中涉及的航空器信息、任务信息、资源点信息3类基本信息,以及在其基础上分析量化后的特征信息的监控,不仅可以解决信息滞后问题,还可以为应急管理人员提供第一时间内的决策数据支持。
The"loss of contact"problem of general aircraft in emergency rescue will not only cause information lag,but also put it at risk.Therefore,it is very important to implement real-time monitoring for general aviation emergency rescue.By monitoring the aircraft information,task information and resource point information involved in the emergency rescue process,as well as the quantified characteristic information based on the analysis,we can not only solve the problem of information lag,but also provide emergency management personnel with decision-making data support in the first time.
