平顶山矿区主采煤层的热重实验和活化能研究 被引量:1

Thermogravimetric Experiment and Activation Energy Study of Main Coal Seam in Pingdingshan Mining Area

摘要 针对平煤集团主采煤层的自然发火特征,采用热重实验的方法对丁5、戊9-10和己15煤层煤样的热重实验曲线(TG,DTG和DSC)进行分析,采用氧化动力学方程对煤样的活化能进行计算。研究结果表明,在空气氛围下,3种煤样的热解过程可以分为5个阶段;获得了煤样在不同热解阶段对应的特征温度点、不同阶段内的质量变化特征,以及煤样在不同温度下的热量变化特征;采用燃烧的一级动力学方程,得出丁5、戊9-10和己15煤层煤样在燃烧阶段的活化能数值分别为210.5、121.53、124.76 kJ/mol,可以判断3个煤层自然发火可能性为戊9-10>己15>丁5煤层。 In view of the spontaneous combustion and ignition characteristics of the main coal seam of Pingdingshan Tian′an coal industry Co.,Ltd.The thermogravimetric curves (TG,DTG and DSC) of Ⅳ5Ⅴ9-10,andⅥ15coal seams were analyzed by thermogravimetric experiment.The activation energy of the coal samples was calculated using the oxidation kinetic equation.The research results show that the pyrolysis process of the three coal samples can be divided into five stages under the air atmosphere The characteristics temperature points corresponding to samples in different pyrolysis stages,the mass change characteristics in different stages,and the heat change characteristics of coal samples at different temperatures are obtained.Using the first-order kinetic equation of combustion,the activation energy values of Ⅳ5,Ⅴ9-10,andⅥ15coal seams in the combustion stage are obtained as:210.5,121.53 and124.76 k J/mol,respectively.It can be judged that the possibility of spontaneous combustion of the three coal seams isⅤ9-10>Ⅵ15>Ⅳ5coal seam.
