深井高应力巷道扩刷改向施工工艺探索

摘要 为了满足矿井安全生产的需要,需要对深井高应力条件下既有巷道受力影响进行分析,对既有巷道重新扩刷改向、落底制定新的支护方案来保证巷道稳定。以赵固一矿北翼胶带运输大巷(东)扩刷改向、落底作为研究对象,提出利用挡矸柱配合锚网索支护,并制定相关措施,按设计完成了既有巷道的安全改向。 In order to meet the needs of mine safety production,it is necessary to analyze the stress impact of the existing roadway under the condition of high stress in the deep shaft,develop a new support scheme for the existing roadway to expand brush and change direction,and to lower the floor to ensure the stability of the roadway.Taking the expanding brush and changing direction of the tape transportation main roadway(east)in the north wing of Zhaogu No.1 Mine as the research object,the gangue retaining column combined with anchor net cable support is proposed,and the relevant measures are formulated to complete the safety diversion of the existing roadway according to the design.
