摘要
针对西曲煤矿18406仰斜工作面的特点,优化采煤工艺,利用多孔底卸式输送机、液压夯实机实现工作面全采全充作业模式,采用矸石墙配合无煤柱锚网梁联合支护工艺保持沿空留巷围岩稳定。对充填体应力、弹性模量、变形量以及充实率进行监测,表明该充填采煤工艺能够保证18406工作面顶板岩层稳定。
According to the characteristics of the 18406 inclined working face in Xiqu Coal Mine,the coal mining technology is optimized,the full mining and full filling operation mode of the working face is realized by using the porous bottom unloading conveyor and hydraulic compactor,and the combined support technology of gangue wall and non-coal pillar anchor net beam is adopted to maintain the stability of surrounding rock of the goaf retaining roadway.The monitoring of the stress,elastic modulus,deformation amount and filling rate of the filling body shows that the filling coal mining technology can ensure the stability of the top slab rock layer of the 18406 working face.
