摘要
以氧化锌矿硫酸铵焙烧、水溶、转化提取铅锶后的废渣为原料,氢氧化钠为溶出剂,碱溶得到提硅渣和硅酸钠溶液,适宜的溶出条件为氢氧化钠与废渣的质量比1∶1、溶出温度85℃、溶出时间2 h。分步碳分硅酸钠溶液制备白炭黑产品:第一步碳分终点pH值10.8,溶液中的Al、Zn、Ca等杂质沉淀或包覆除去;第二步碳分硅酸钠精制液终点pH值9.0,得到沉淀白炭黑产品和碳酸钠溶液,结晶得到碳酸钠产品,所得白炭黑为无定形白色球形颗粒,粒度均匀,各项指标符合国家行业标准。也可用活性石灰乳直接苛化硅酸钠溶液制取硅酸盐产品和氢氧化钠溶液,实现循环利用。
Using the waste residue of zinc oxide ore after(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) roasting,water leaching,conversion extraction of Pb and Sr as raw material and NaOH as leaching agent,Na_(2)SiO_(3) solution and filter residue were obtained thought alkaline leaching.The appropriate alkaline leaching conditions were mass ratio of NaOH to residue of 1∶1,leaching temperature of 85℃,leaching time of 2 h.The white carbon black was prepared by step-wise precipitation.The pH value of the first carbonation end was 10.8,which could confirm the removal of Al,Zn and Ca from the solution.The white carbon black was successfully obtained by carbonating the refine Na_(2)SiO_(3) solution to pH value of 9.0.Na_(2)CO_(3) was obtained by concentration and crystallization.Amorphous SiO_(2) was white spherical particle with uniform grain size,each index of which accords with national industrial standard.Silicate products and NaOH solution also can be produced by causticizing Na_(2)SiO_(3) solution with activated Ca(OH)_(2) emulsion,and NaOH solution was returned to leaching the silicon residue.
