摘要 干旱已成为马铃薯生长发育、产量及品质最重要的限制因素之一。本文综述了干旱胁迫对马铃薯植株形态特征、生理生化指标、产量品质、根际微生物群落等方面的影响,并对马铃薯抗旱性评价、抗旱相关基因挖掘、抗旱技术措施等进行了总结,以期为马铃薯产业可持续发展提供参考。 Drought has become one of the most important limiting factors for potato growth and development,yield and quality.This paper reviewed the influence of drought stress on potato plant morphological characteristics,physiology and biochemistry,yield,quality,rhizosphere microbial community,etc.The paper also summarized potato drought resistance evaluation,drought resistance related gene excavation and drought resistance technical measures,hoping to provide references for the sustainable development of potato industry.
