摘要
企业家返乡创业本质上是一种理性经济行为,但不能忽视情感因素所起的作用。当物质需求达到一定满足后,情怀、幸福感成为企业家重要的精神追求。文章基于对国内外相关文献的梳理及访谈结论,提出了乡土情怀的概念,通过对236份样本数据的分析,验证了乡土情怀对企业家返乡创业幸福感的影响作用机理。研究结果表明,乡土情怀越高的企业家越容易获得返乡创业幸福感,同时,创业机会识别在乡土情怀对返乡创业幸福感的正向影响中起显著中介作用,创业环境在乡土情怀与返乡创业幸福感间起到积极的调节作用。
Returning hometown to start businiess is essentially a rational economic behavior for entrepreneurs,but the role of emotional factors should not be ignored.When material needs are met,feelings and happiness become the important spiritual pursuits for entrepreneurs.Based on the analysis of related literature at home and abroad,and combined with the interview conclusions,the paper constructs the connotation of rural feelings.Based on the analysis of 236 sample data,the paper explores the mechanism of the influence of rural feelings on entrepreneurs’entrepreneurship happiness.The results show that the rural feelings effectively promote the formation of returning hometown entrepreneurial happiness,the entrepreneurial opportunity identification has a mediating effect between the rural feelings and the entrepreneurial happiness,and the entrepreneurial environment plays a positive role in regulating the rural feelings and entrepreneurial happiness.
