哮喘患儿血清SFRP1、MMP12表达及其对预后的评估价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究哮喘患儿血清分泌型卷曲相关蛋白1(SFRP1)、基质金属蛋白酶12(MMP12)表达及其对儿童哮喘预后的评估价值。方法选取我院2018年3月~2020年7月收治的128例哮喘患儿作为研究组,根据预后情况分为预后良好组和预后不良组;另选取同期在我院体检的80例健康儿童作为对照组,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清SFRP1、MMP12水平,同时收集一般资料,比较组间差异。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清SFRP1、MMP12水平对哮喘患儿预后情况的评估价值。结果研究组患儿血清SFRP1、MMP12水平分别为(69.56±7.21)pg/mL、(22.43±3.58)pg/mL,显著高于对照组的(61.28±6.57)pg/mL和(19.35±3.74)pg/mL(P<0.01);预后不良组患儿血清SFRP1、MMP12水平分别为(72.48±6.59)pg/mL、(24.36±3.69)pg/mL,显著高于预后良好组的(68.13±7.51)pg/mL和(21.49±3.53)pg/mL(P<0.01)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清SFRP1、MMP12二者联合评估儿童哮喘预后情况的AUC为0.809,大于SFRP1(0.738)及MMP12(0.723)单独评估(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿血清SFRP1、MMP12水平均上调,二者联合对儿童哮喘的预后情况评估效能较高。 Objective To explore the expression of serum-secreted frizzled-related protein 1(SFRP1)and matrix metalloproteinase 12(MMP12)in children with asthma and their prognostic value.Methods A total of 128 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2020 were gathered as the study group,and they were grouped into a good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group according to the prognosis;in addition,80 healthy children were regarded as the control group.Serum SFRP1 and MMP12 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and general data were collected to compare the differences between groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were drawn to analyze the evaluation value for the prognosis of serum SFRP1 and MMP12 levels in childhood asthma.Results The serum levels of SFRP1 and MMP12 in the study group were(69.56±7.21)pg/mL and(22.43±3.58)pg/mL,which were higher than those in the control group(61.28±6.57)pg/mL and(19.35±3.74)pg/mL(P<0.01);the serum levels of SFRP1 and MMP12 in the poor prognosis group were(72.48±6.59)pg/mL and(24.36±3.69)pg/mL,which were higher than those in the good prognosis group(68.13±7.51)pg/mL and(21.49±3.53)pg/mL(P<0.01).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of serum SFRP1 and MMP12 combined assessment for the prognosis of children with asthma was 0.809,which was greater than that of SFRP1(0.738)and MMP12(0.723)alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of SFRP1 and MMP12 in children with asthma are up-regulated,and the combination of the two has a higher efficacy in the evaluation of the prognosis of children with asthma.
