摘要
目的探究宫颈癌根治术患者术后采取盆底康复锻炼对盆底功能的影响。方法100例行宫颈癌根治术患者,以电脑随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采取常规措施干预,观察组采取盆底康复锻炼干预。比较两组膀胱残余尿量、膀胱颈移动度、盆底肌肉综合肌力、性生活质量。结果观察组膀胱残余尿量(13.25±1.52)ml少于对照组的(26.85±1.71)ml,膀胱颈移动度(19.02±1.45)mm小于对照组的(27.85±1.77)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盆底肌肉综合肌力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后性生活质量评分(80.25±2.65)分高于对照组的(58.65±2.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术患者术后运用盆底康复锻炼,能够显著改善患者盆底功能,提升患者性生活质量,值得研究和推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise on pelvic floor function in patients after radical hysterectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with radical cervicectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention measures,the observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise intervention.The bladder residual urine volume,bladder neck movement,comprehensive muscle strength of pelvic floor muscle,and quality of sexual life were compared between the two groups.Results The bladder residual urine volume was(13.25±1.52)ml in the observation group,which was less than that of(26.85±1.71)ml in the control group;the bladder neck movement was(19.02±1.45)mm in observation group,which was lower than that of(27.85±1.77)mm in control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive muscle strength of pelvic floor muscle in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of sexual life score was(80.25±2.65)points in the observation group,which was higher than that of(58.65±2.03)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve the pelvic floor function and improve the quality of sexual life of patients after radical hysterectomy,which is worth studying and promoting.
