摘要
目的分析应用盐酸青藤碱定点水针刀松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机抽签法以1∶1的比例分为对照组和试验组。对照组应用水针刀松解治疗,试验组则应用盐酸青藤碱定点水针刀松解治疗。对比两组治疗前后疼痛程度、腰椎综合能力评定、实验室指标。结果连续治疗1个疗程后,试验组视觉类比量表(VAS)评分、腰椎综合能力(ODI)指数及C反应蛋白、血清淀粉样蛋白A均低于对照组,而功能独立性测评表(FIM)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸青藤碱定点水针刀松解治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能明显降低患者体内的炎症状态和疼痛程度,从而提升患者腰椎的综合能力,建议临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of sinomenine hydrochloride on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group in a ratio of 1∶1 by drawing lots.The control group was treated with water needle knife release and the experimental group was treated with sinomenine hydrochloride fixed-point water needle knife release.The pain degree,lumbar comprehensive ability assessment and laboratory indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 1 consecutive course of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,lumbar integrated ability(ODI)index,C-reactive protein and serum amyloid A in experimental group were lower than those in control group,while functional independence scale(FIM)score was higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sinomenine hydrochloride fixed-point water needle knife release in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has a significant effect,can significantly reduce the inflammatory state and pain degree in patients,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of patients lumbar spine,suggesting clinical promotion.
