摘要
目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合热敏灸对直肠癌术后患者胃肠道激素水平及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2019年5月—2022年4月行直肠癌手术治疗的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用耳穴压豆联合热敏灸干预。比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况、胃肠道激素水平及并发症。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、排气及排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠癌术后患者采用耳穴压豆与热敏灸联合干预可调节MTL及GAS水平,促进胃肠功能恢复,减少并发症,临床应用安全可靠。
Objective:To study the effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on gastrointestinal hormone level and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with rectal cancer after surgery.Methods:Sixty patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in hospital from May 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and on the basis of the control group,the observation group received auricular acupoint pressure combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,gastrointestinal hormone levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of bowel sounds,the time of exhaust and defecation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after operation,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined intervention of auricular acupoint pressure and heat-sensitive moxibustion can regulate the levels of MTL and GAS,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce complications in patients with rectal cancer after operation,which is safe and reliable in clinical application.
