摘要
目的 本文主要是探析对踝关节骨折患者应用快速康复理念下护理干预对术后恢复的影响。方法 以随机数字表法将2020年1月至2022年1月东南大学附属中大医院收治的200例踝关节骨折患者分成两个小组,将其中一组命名为对照组(100例、常规护理干预),将另一组命名为观察组(100例、快速康复理念下护理干预治疗),随后对所有患者的Baird踝关节评分及美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分、踝关节运动度数、骨折处肿胀程度及初始行走(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、并发症发生情况、生活质量及护理满意度进行分析。结果与对照组相比较,观察组的Baird踝关节评分及AOFAS踝-后足评分均更高(P <0.05),观察组并发症发生率更低(P <0.05),观察组的伸屈度数及旋前、旋后度数等踝关节运动度数均更高(P <0.05),观察组骨折处肿胀程度及初始行走VAS评分均更低(P <0.05),观察组患者对护理更满意(P <0.05),观察组生活质量评分更高(P <0.05)。结论 踝关节骨折患者应用快速康复理念下护理干预后,其效果显著,不仅降低了患者的并发症发生率,还减少了患者的痛苦,患者的骨折处肿胀缓解情况更好,踝关节功能恢复更快,有效提高了患者的生活质量及护理满意度。
Objective This article is mainly to explore the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative recovery of patients with ankle fracture under the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Methods 200 patients with ankle fracture admitted to the Affiliated Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method.One group was named as the control group(100 cases,routine nursing intervention),and the other group was named as the observation group(100 cases,nursing intervention treatment under the concept of rapid rehabilitation).Then the Baird ankle score,American Orthopaedics Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle-hind foot score,ankle joint movement degree,the swelling degree of fracture site,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of initial walking,complications and quality of life and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and discussed.Results Compared with the control group,the Baird ankle score and AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score were higher in the observation group(P<0.05),the complication rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),the ankle movement degree such as extension flexion and pronation power was higher in the observation group(P<0.05),the degree of swelling at the fracture site and the initial walking VAS score were lower in the observation group(P<0.05),the patients in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing care(P<0.05),and the observation group had higher quality of life score(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in patients with ankle fracture under the concept of rapid rehabilitation is significant,which not only reduces the incidence of complications,but also reduces the pain of patients.The swelling at the fracture of patients is better relieved,and the function of ankle joint recovers faster,effectively improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
