摘要
该文从硬件和软件2部分分析影响3D打印精度的因素。从硬件角度,3D打印机存在机体装配精度不够、铁氟龙管堵塞或松动、喷头磨损和耗材受潮的不足;从软件角度,参数设置不合理。上述问题都会影响3D打印精度,因此针对不同因素提出有效的改善措施。该文的分析总结对3D打印用户及厂商有指导作用,对熔融3D打印技术极具推广使用价值。
This paper analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of 3D printing from two parts:hardware and software.From the perspective of hardware,3D printers have deficiencies such as insufficient assembly accuracy of the body,blocked or loose teflon tube,wear of sprinkler heads and damp consumables.From the software point of view,the parameter settings are not reasonable.The above problems will affect 3D printing accuracy,and effective improvement measures are put forward according to different factors.The analysis and summary of this paper plays a guiding role for 3D printing users and manufacturers,and is of great value in popularizing and using fused 3D printing technology.
