摘要
基于机器视觉的机械臂柔性分拣技术是利用机器视觉三维立体成像,自动识别需抓取对象信息,再通过机械臂柔性系统进行分拣的技术,面对工作环节繁多、多样化与复杂化的分拣工作,该技术有着极高的应用价值。在分拣工作中,有效利用机器视觉的机械臂柔性分拣技术能加强分拣工作效率与质量,提高分拣领域的智能化、信息化进程。因此,该文针对利用机器视觉的机械臂柔性分拣技术的实际应用进行分析。
The flexible sorting technology of manipulator based on machine vision is a technology that uses machine vision three-dimensional imaging,automatic recognition needs to grasp object information,and then sorts through the flexible system of manipulator.In the face of various work links,diversified and complicated sorting work,this technology has high application value.In the sorting process,the flexible sorting technology of mechanical arm with effective use of machine vision can enhance the efficiency and quality of sorting and improve the process of intelligence and information in the process of sorting.Therefore,this paper analyzes the practical application of flexible sorting technology of manipulator based on machine vision.
