摘要
新工科背景下,教育培养体系将发生显著改变。为了使新青年教师和技术人才能够满足新工科人才培养及国家对相关领域人才的需求,提出了一种产、院与学科相融合的青年教师实践培养模式。充分利用联合科研院所等机构对青年教师开展入职培训,结合党史、党建教育,提升青年教师的教学能力和专业素养。该实践培养模式的提出为新环境、新形势下高校高水平教师队伍建设提供了平台资源,为高端人才培养及工程实践模式革新开辟了新思路。
Under the background of new engineering,the significant changes will emerge in education system.In order to enable new young teachers and technical talents to meet the new engineering talent training and the de⁃mands for talents in related fields,a practical training mode integrating the industry,college,and discipline is pro⁃posed for young teachers.Making full use of joint scientific research institutes and other institutions to carry out induction training for young teachers,and combining Party history and Party building education,it is aimed to im⁃prove young teachers’teaching ability and professionalism.The proposal of the practical training mode provides platform resources for the construction of high-level teachers in colleges and universities under the new environ⁃ment and new situation,and opens up new ideas for the training of high-end talents and the innovation of engi⁃neering practice modes.
